Agreement to these terms

These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of brocotech.ai, operated by BROCO Technologies LLC, a Utah limited liability company (“BROCO Technologies”, “we”, “us” or “our”). By accessing or using the site you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

We may change these terms at any time. Changes take effect when posted, and the date at the top of this page shows when they last changed. Continued use of the site after a change constitutes acceptance.

These terms do not govern our services

Nothing on this site is an offer to provide services, and no client, advisory, consulting or professional relationship is created by visiting the site, submitting the contact form, or corresponding with us.

Any engagement is governed exclusively by a separate written agreement signed by both parties. Where these terms conflict with such an agreement, that agreement controls with respect to the services it covers. Statements on this site about how we work, including any description of our methodology or of outcomes, are general descriptions and do not create contractual commitments outside a signed agreement.

Permitted use

You may access and use the site for your own informational and business purposes. You agree not to: use the site in violation of any law; interfere with or disrupt the site or the networks it relies on; attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the site or its underlying systems; probe or test the vulnerability of the site; use automated means to scrape, index or extract content except as a search engine operating under our robots directives; introduce malicious code; or misrepresent your identity or affiliation when submitting information.

Intellectual property

The site and its contents, including text, graphics, layout, code, the BROCO and BROCO Tech.ai names and logos, and the BROCO Blueprint framework and associated diagrams, are owned by BROCO Technologies LLC or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark and other laws.

You may view the site and print or download individual pages for your own internal reference. You may not otherwise copy, reproduce, republish, distribute, modify or create derivative works from the site or its contents without our prior written permission. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

Submissions and feedback

If you send us suggestions, feedback or other ideas about our services or this site, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual right to use them without restriction or compensation. Do not send us information you consider confidential, and do not submit confidential or regulated third-party data through the contact form.

Our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the site will not exceed one hundred US dollars (US$100). Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless BROCO Technologies LLC and its members, officers, employees and agents from any claim, demand, loss, liability or expense, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of your use of the site or your breach of these terms.

Governing law and venue

These terms and any dispute arising out of them or your use of the site are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. You and we agree to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the state and federal courts located in Utah County, Utah.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the site at any time, without notice, for any reason, including if we believe you have breached these terms.

General

If any provision of these terms is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it. These terms, together with the Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and us regarding the site. You may not assign these terms without our written consent.
