Privacy Policy
Who we are
BROCO Technologies LLC, a Utah limited liability company trading as BROCO Tech.ai, has its principal office at 5513 W 11000 North #104, Highland, UT 84003. In this policy, "we", "us" and "our" refer to BROCO Technologies LLC.
This policy explains how we handle personal information collected through brocotech.ai. Questions about it can be sent to info@brocotech.ai.
What this policy covers
This policy applies only to the brocotech.ai website. It does not apply to information we process on behalf of a client in the course of an engagement. That information is governed by the written agreement with that client, including any data processing terms or business associate agreement forming part of it, and this policy does not modify those terms.
It also does not apply to third-party websites we may link to, each of which has its own policies.
Information we collect
Information you give us. If you submit the contact form, we collect the name, work email address, organization, sector and message you provide. If you email us or schedule a call, we collect the information contained in that correspondence or booking.
Information collected automatically. When you visit the site, our hosting provider and analytics tools may record your IP address, approximate location derived from it, browser type and version, device type, operating system, referring page, pages viewed, and the date and time of your visit.
We do not intentionally collect sensitive personal information through this website, and we ask that you do not include confidential or regulated client data in a contact form submission.
How we use information
We use the information described above to respond to your enquiry and arrange a conversation; to provide and secure the website; to understand which pages are useful so we can improve them; to keep records of business enquiries; and to comply with our legal obligations.
We do not use personal information collected through this website to make automated decisions that have a legal or similarly significant effect on you.
Marketing communications
Submitting the contact form does not subscribe you to a newsletter or to an automated email sequence. We will reply to your enquiry, and we may follow up on that conversation.
If we later offer a subscription or a downloadable resource, subscribing will be a separate and optional step, and every marketing email we send will contain a one-click unsubscribe link.
Cookies and similar technologies
We use a small number of cookies and similar technologies. Strictly necessary cookies allow the site to function. Analytics cookies help us understand aggregate usage. Our analytics cookies are set by Google Analytics 4 and the LinkedIn Insight Tag, which help us understand aggregate traffic and which pages are useful.
You can block or delete cookies through your browser settings. You can decline non-essential cookies when first prompted, block or delete cookies through your browser settings, or install the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on. Declining will not prevent you from using the site.
How we share information
We share personal information only as follows: with service providers who host the website, deliver our email, provide analytics, and manage scheduling and customer relationship records, each acting on our instructions and bound by contract; with professional advisers such as counsel and accountants where necessary; and where required by law, regulation, legal process, or to protect our rights or the safety of others.
If our business or any part of it is sold or reorganized, information may be transferred as part of that transaction.
We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
How long we keep information
We keep contact form submissions and related correspondence for 24 months after our last contact with you, unless a longer period is required for legal or record-keeping reasons. Analytics data is retained for 14 months and server logs for 12 months.
When information is no longer needed, we delete it or aggregate it so that it no longer identifies you.
How we protect information
We apply administrative, technical and physical safeguards appropriate to the information we hold, including encryption of data in transit, role-scoped access limited to those who need it, and logging of access to our systems.
No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. We do not currently hold a third-party security certification such as SOC 2 for this website, and we will not imply otherwise.
Your privacy rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to confirm whether we process personal information about you and to access it; to correct inaccurate information; to request deletion; to obtain a portable copy; and to opt out of the sale of personal information, of targeted advertising, and of certain profiling. You also have the right not to be discriminated against for exercising these rights.
Residents of Utah, Colorado, California, Virginia, Connecticut and other states with comprehensive privacy laws may have some or all of these rights. To exercise them, email info@brocotech.ai with enough detail for us to locate your information. We will verify your identity before acting, and we will respond within the period required by the applicable law, generally 45 days.
An authorized agent may submit a request on your behalf with written proof of authority. If we decline a request, we will tell you why. You may appeal by replying to our response, and we will decide the appeal within 45 days. If we deny the appeal, we will tell you how to raise the matter with your state attorney general.
Do Not Track and opt-out signals
Browsers may transmit Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signals. We honor Global Privacy Control signals where our systems can detect them, and we treat such a signal as an opt-out request. Because there is no agreed technical standard for Do Not Track, we do not currently respond to that header.
Children's privacy
This site is intended for a business audience. We do not direct it to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
Visitors outside the United States
We operate from the United States and our service providers may be located there. If you access the site from outside the United States, you understand that your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States, where data protection law may differ from the law of your country.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The version posted on this page is the one that applies, and the date shown at the top reflects when it last changed. Material changes will be signposted on this page.
